We sell products such as lunch boxes and ohitsu (rice bowls) on the first floor.
In the future, we will provide drinks and light meals for visitors will be enjoy the taste of rice in our wooden lunch boxes.
The second floor will be used as an atelier, workshop, and gallery.
Hakoya Tsunekichi which has been making boxes since 1868 has opened a shop that held visitors to experience workshop.

Wooden Coaster

Required Time: 10-20 min.
Draw on paper on the day of the event or bring in your drawing. Your drawing will be burned onto the coaster using a laser engraving machine
Mnin Andon(wooden-covered lamp)
Price: 2,500 yen per piece (taxin)
Required Time: 30 min. to 1 hour
Draw directly on the 0.3mm wood with colored pencils or pens.
